Eligibility Criteria

  • Residency – Services are available to residents of the service area (Baltimore city and surrounding counties).
  • Assessment – All individuals must undergo an initial assessment to ensure the service meets their needs.
  • Consent – Individuals under 18 must have parental or guardian consent, where applicable.
  • Diagnosis – Must have a mental health diagnosis or be experiencing symptoms warranting evaluation and treatment.
  • Insurance – Accepts individuals with Medicaid and self pay.
  • Referral – No referral necessary, though referrals from healthcare providers, schools, or social services are welcomed. Download our Referral Form Here!
